Hey! I’m Kay!
A few weeks ago, I realized I never really introduced myself. I went straight into blogging and sharing some of my testimonies.
So, allow me to introduce myself…
Hey there world! I’m Kay! Thank you for taking time out of your day to read my blogs! If you are new hear, welcome! If you enjoy reading my blogs, feel free to join the journey and share with a loved one!
Here are a few fun facts about me.
1. My name is Mikayla, but most call me Kay.
2. I’m 32 years old.
3. I love God and I love the relationship we have built and are continuing to build.
4. I have twin boys that keep me on my toes on a daily basis. There’s never a dull moment in our house. It’s really fun and REALLY loud, but I wouldn’t want it any other way.
5. I am in a loving relationship with my amazing man.
6. I am an only child.
7. I was born in Long Beach, California.
8. During my free time I love reading, writing, listening to music, and listening to podcasts.
9. I love going to hot yoga.
10. I love to travel! My favorite place to travel to is Las Vegas! My Mom calls it my “adult playground.”
I’ve never seen myself as a “writer” let alone a “blogger.” Actually, I used to hate writing, so I got away from anything and everything that had to do with it. Since starting my blogging journey, it has opened my eyes and helped me realize many things about myself. First, I actually do love to write. Second, I’m a lot more creative than I thought. And third, I have a lot to say and talk about.
We are all in a constant state of becoming because we are all constantly changing. Becoming Kay is all about my personal growth spiritually, mentally, emotionally, and physically. I lean on the mistakes I have made in my past and turn them into life lessons. My hope and prayer is to inspire you and encourage you to step outside of your comfort zone and work on becoming who you are destined to be; who God created you to be.
